We all lose hair daily, and It’s normal to lose anywhere from 50 to 100 strands of hair a day, more than that can indicate a problem.

When it comes to Genetic Hair Loss
A lot of it has to do with genes and hormones. If any of your relatives experienced hair loss in their lifetime, chances are you might too. With genetic hair loss what happens is that you get hormone imbalances. And this causes the Hair follicles to shrink, making the hair that comes in to be thinner and finer and this hair can break easily.

Then we have a Reactive Hair loss.
This hair loss is the result of a trigger. This can be caused because of some imbalances internally such as nutritional deficiency, severe stress, crash dieting and even medications.
